Our return policy is simple. If you are unhappy with your purchase, notify us within 10 days of receiving it, ship it back to us and we'll issue a refund or exchange. We don't refund shipping fees or pay for your item to be shipped back to us.
If your item arrives damaged, we take responsibility. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please email us within 10 days of receiving your package to alert us of the damage. Include in the email details of the damage and a picture of the damaged item. Then return the item to us. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will ship out a replacement item, if available. If not available, we will refund the purchase price of the item and the shipping fee.
Some of our items are one-of-a-kind and/or vintage containing imperfections that come with age and make them unique. Any such qualities will be disclosed in the item listing. These imperfections should not be mistaken for damage.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
